OpenSSH

$ ssh L2200:server2:22 server1
$ ssh -p2200 -X localhost

1. Set up the tunnel and open a connection to the intermediate server:

Keep that window open to maintain the port forwarding.

2. Then SSH to localhost:2200 with X11 forwarding enabled.
